Make a Gift of Stock
Did you know that gifts of stocks may provide additional tax benefits? For example, if your stock is more valuable now compared to when you purchased it, you may save on capital gains taxes by donating your stocks rather than selling them. Additionally, its current value may be tax deductible. As with all of your investment decisions please consult your professional advisors. Considering a planned gift? Bequests, trusts, life insurance and other planned gift options have a meaningful impact on Big Brothers Big Sisters of Colorado and can support the longevity of the organization through endowed funds or serve specific program purposes.
